Artist's Comments

A calligriphic (sp?) line design I did in grade 9 for my art class. Don't mind the background on either side...I can't take pictures straight. XP There's a little symbolism in here:
The Korean flag because my boyfriend at the time was Korean. The hands are the hands of God and the circles on the wrist are representative of the band necklace we all had that year.
The large dragon going through the middle is there because I like dragons. Great reason, right?
I had only recently learned the joy of poker, and that's why I put the cards there.
I like music, thus the staff and notes on the right hand side.
There's not enough time in the day to do everything I wish, so I made a clock with 13 hours on it.
My name in Japanese is in there somewhere, along with some DDR arrows.
And finally, the "wood" pattern is there because some Chinese horoscope thing told me my element was wood. I don't know if it was right though...I never bothered to check.

EDIT: The colored version is up elsewhere in the gallery...its a lot crazier than this one...

I really like the details and patterns. Nice style and fine movement. It's complex and beautiful. Lovely linework.

This is so cool. The funny this was, i was sitting n class today, and our class had to be changed to the next room and a whole bunch a these pictures where up on the wall and i was looking at them all thinking how neat they looked, and come here,and ta da! i see a picture of the exact thing i was looking at today.... :)
